ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE | |
The Account Executive is assigned a client to manage and serve as the lead and single point of contact. Will be responsible for facilitating the streamlining of all recruiting activities. The Account Executive will lead our recruiting team’s efforts and ensure our team adheres to client requirements. Will also work closely with client’s staff to establish timelines, recruiting budgets, terms, priorities and lay-out a plan that best fits the client’s fulfillment goals. |
TALENT ACQUISITION | |
The Talent Acquisition will be assigned to search for specific talent, provide thorough screening for the required skill-set, and administer a skill test when required. |
TASK RECRUITERS | |
Task Recruiters consist of two or more recruiters assigned to special projects, such as a client’s request for twenty or more SCR’s with a short window to delivery. This team will facilitate the turnaround time without compromising quality. |
TALENT HUNTER | |
The Talent Hunter is assigned to work with a very specific requirement, responsible for retrieving top notched hi-tech and executives from the same industry (competitors) to our client. |
24/7 SOURCE TEAM | |
24/7 sourcing is a team of resume pre-screeners working day and evening shifts covering (postings, paid search engines, social media, social groups, advertisements, etc.) to provide the fastest turnaround candidate pipelines to our Talent Acquisition Specialists and our clients. |
ONBOARDING COORDINATOR | |
Our Onboarding Coordinator will be assigned as a single point of contact throughout the onboarding process. Our onboarding is done through a fully automated portal capable of onboarding large groups of new hires weekly. |
